Dave Fairchild - Chief Executive Officer
Dave has more than 30 years of banking experience. He began his career with Central Fidelity and served in various key roles there, including Executive Vice President, Commercial Banking and Senior Credit Officer for the Capital Region and with Wachovia Bank as a Regional executive of Commercial Banking. He most recently served as Executive Vice President, Commercial Lending at First Market Bank before being named CEO in July 2003. Dave joined First Market Bank in September 2000.
William Rogerson - Chief Operations Officer
Bill started his banking career in 1968 as an Accountant and worked for Central Fidelity / Wachovia for 36 years in the Operations Division. Operating Services provided product and customer support through Check Processing, Loan Operations, Trust Operations and Deposit Operations. He retired from Wachovia in June of 2004 and started his new career with First Market Bank the next day.
Ray A. Fleming - Chief Financial Officer
Ray began his professional career in 1975 with the Richmond office of Ernst & Young, working principally with the firm's financial institution clients. In 1981 he made the transition from public accounting to banking, joining Central Fidelity as its Assistant Controller. Since then he has held various positions from Controller to Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Ray joined First Market in September 2004.
Harry Turton - Executive Vice President
Harry began his banking career with Central Fidelity Bank in 1988, and served in many key roles in the Large Corporate, Middle Market and Business Banking segments. Harry joined First Market Bank in January 2003. He oversees most of our commercial & wealth management business lines, and additionally serves as co-chair of our Diversity Council. He also serves on the boards of the Bon Secours Richmond Health System, Local Initiatives Support Corporation (Chairman), Richmond Business Council, Richmond Memorial Health Foundation (Treasurer) and on the Finance Committee of Venture Richmond.
Jon Wallace – President, Fredericksburg Region
Jon has been in banking since 1979. He has business banking experience with BB&T, Central Fidelity and Wachovia Bank. He's lived and worked in the Fredericksburg region for more than 22 years. He joined First Market Bank in 2001 to develop the Fredericksburg region with a focus on commercial relationships. He also serves on the following boards, Trustee Medicorp Health System, Trustee Community Foundation of the Rappahannock River Region and Trustee Rappahannock Area YMCA.
Michael D. Williams - President, Trust Division
Michael has more than 20 years of experience providing Investment, Estate Planning, and related services in the Financial Services Industry. He was an Estate Planning Advisor with Wachovia Bank, a Systems Consultant with Andersen Consulting, and a Branch Manager at First Virginia Bank. Michael joined First Market Bank in July 2001.
Elizabeth M. Dishner - Senior Vice President, Director of Human Resources
Libby started her career in human resources and training in 1992 and has worked in a variety of industries, including retail and consulting. She holds a Master of Labor and Human Resources from The Ohio State University. She serves on several boards in the community including the HR Committee for the American Red Cross, Greater Richmond Chapter and is the Chair of the HR Committee of VACCRRN. Libby joined First Market Bank in January of 2004.
Ted Ukrop – Vice President, Construction and Facilities
Ted worked at Ukrop’s Super Market for 13 years in various roles. At First Market Bank Ted oversees site selection, construction and facilities. He is the Chairman of the Valentine Richmond History Center and serves on the Boards of the Greater Richmond Red Cross, Historic Richmond Foundation, St. James Children’s Center and DePauw University Alumni Board. Ted joined First Market Bank in February 2002.
